CONTROL is able to provide the service of digital radiography, which differs from the conventional type of media, development and analysis; it does not change the methodology of exposure. After exposure the plate is scanned, an operation that does not require any type of consumable product or darkroom.
While scanning the plate crystals they are hit by a laser and emit a blue light that is captured by a photomultiplier and converted into digital image that will be analyzed to monitor and saved on the computer.
Among the advantages of digital radiography over traditional radiography there are better latitude of recovery and better management of information (image interpretation, storage, execution of dimensional measurements).
